EDT 8250 - Digital Citizenship
This course introduced us to the concept of digital citizenship. This concept is very similar to the rights, duties, and responsibilities we have as citizens in society but it is applied to the technology we use personally and professionally. This also extends to the employees we oversee and work with, the students we teach and often require to use technology, and our own families and friends.
I have developed several mini-workshops to help you understand the elements of digital citizenship. Each elements will be covered in its own workshop. The workshop will provide an overview of the element and provide a connection of each element to a field or discipline. Each workshop was prepared with Human Resource Professionals as the primary audience. I hope you find these workshops useful for becoming better digital citizens. The workshop will begin on the next page.
